Minimum 10 years of experience in support the following technologies:
Oracle eBusiness 12
Oracle Solaris 10
Oracle 11g and 12C
Oracle Enterprise Manager
Certified in Oracle eBusiness technologies and intimate knowledge of Online Patching (ADOP)
Manage eBusiness environment life cycles to support development/production migrations.
Administer concurrent managers and reports.
Create baselines on long running reports and alerting of those baselines.
Manage eBs technology stack patching cycle.
Create patching recommendations and plans with MSP.
Review Panaya Analysis
Work with IT QA to process GXP controls.
Monitoring system performance and execute performance tuning with MSP
Create system baseline and alerts.
Support day to day activities of developers (ssh/pgp)
Review code migration and that test plans are applicable
Manage eBusiness customization standards.
Create user accounts and responsibilities.
Support integrations and application within the eBs ecosystem
Monitoring integration processing.
Quest Stat product for change management
Supporting annual DR and IA processes
Managing all work through Service Now tickets.
Comply with all current IOPS cGxP's (e.g. Good Manufacturing Processes, Good Documentation Practices etc.).
Complete all required training items (SOP's, CBT's, OJT's ILC's etc.) within the associated timeframes prior to performing any associated tasks.
Performs all tasks required for work completion per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comply with all IOP's Environmental, Health & Safety policies / procedures associated with the tasks to be performed.
Comply with all Local, State and Federal regulatory requirements associated with all tasks performed.
Minimum 4 year Bachelor degree or 10 years of experience
Support Techno Functional Applications Analysts ( Finance/Procurement/HR/Payroll/Supply chain/Manufacturing) with Apps DBA need.
