Bank") is hiring for the position of Application Tools Specialist in San Francisco, CA. Duties: Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify administration tools of high complexity, significance, and risk; Perform application architecture functions; Estimate and define time tables and project tasks; Analyze and estimate cost and time; Perform change impact analysis; Create detailed program specifications; Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to applications; Manage interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations; Evaluate and integrate developer tools solutions for Web or Mainframe-based applications; Act as vendor liaison for products and services to support development tools; Consult and advise training vendors regarding specific training needs and requirements; Oversee and perform administrative functions for selected tools; Design and build in-house tools and utilities for deployment, monitoring, and operations; Diagnose and coordinate correction of complex tool usage issues; Design, build, and operate DevOps processes to support development and production environments; Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and operate production services and products; Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments; Automate software build, deployments, and configuration management using CI/CD frameworks and tools; Set up and configure services following best practices approved by internal risk and security teams; Provide infrastructure primitives for asset provisioning; and Utilize code repositories (including SVN), build frameworks (including Ant and Maven), Unix-based OS and Shell Scripting, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, public cloud technologies in IaaS and PaaS, and binary artifact repositories (including Nexus). Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field and 6 years of experience developing and implementing applications. Must possess 6 years with code repositories (including SVN) and build frameworks (including Ant and Maven); 5 years with Unix-based OS and Shell Scripting; and 2 years with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, public cloud technologies in IaaS and PaaS, and binary artifact repositories (including Nexus) for use in distribution and deployment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: * NTT Data is seeking a Senior Application Systems Engineer to support web and mobile application security for its Digital platforms. * In this role, resource will work with software development partners to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in application code. * As a member of the secure coding team, the position will be responsible for on both the definition and execution of controls within the software development lifecycle. * The role will conduct static analysis, JavaScript code reviews and engineer proactive quality gates. * Communication with the line of business, enterprise security, and software engineering partners are critical to the success of this role. * The position will also develop new engineering processes, metrics and reporting to inform senior management on the state application security. * Provide application security consulting to software engineering * Perform static analysis and code reviews of JavaScript * Perform root cause analysis on vulnerabilities Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years of SAST (Static Analysis Software Testing) experience * 3+ years of JavaScript development experience * 5+ years of information security experience * 5+ years of Java experience * 3 years year application security vulnerability detection and mitigation experience with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 and SANS Common Weakness Enumeration Top 25 * 3+ years of Fortify Code Analyzer experience Education: * Bachelor's degree required; any field is fine, preferred is Computer Science.
