The JD Edwards Security Administrator role is primarily focused on user administration of CBRE's JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP application. Under general direction, this position is responsible for managing access related end user inquiries and access request tickets daily through creating new users, adding or removing predefined roles and environments to user profiles following existing processes.
Other duties include resetting passwords and troubleshooting of general access issues that arise. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and understand application security controls, processes and procedures. This position will also be responsible for access administration for other applications on an as-needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides end user support for the JD Edwards access administration function
Provides quality assurance for access administration
Provides project support for access administration
Provides audit support for access administration
Revises existing or creates new access administration documentation
Creates/delivers presentations, and other materials for access administration training
Responds to client inquiries involving access questions
Develops access administration queries and reports
Interacts with internal clients, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas regarding access administration
Performs other duties as assigned
Provides informal assistance to other team members such as functional guidance, and/or training to coworkers.
1 year of application access administration experience, including interacting with users and management to complete requests, knowledge of application security controls and familiarity with ticketing systems
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 0-3 years of experience.
1 year of experience with application access administration and familiarity with security controls, general information technology and IT compliance concepts is required. Experience writing functional documentation, system testing, planning and execution is preferred.
