Position Title: Application Support Manager

Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Type of Position: Full Time

Work Timings: 24/7 Rotational shifts.

The Application Support Manager will lead a team of 12 to 15 support analysts, enforce policies in the team and be the single point of contact to the client in a complex and high availability environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' overall experience in IT, at least 5 years' experience as a manager

  • Should have good work experience in Application Support and experience in leading the team in onsite offshore model.

  • Experience with tools like Service Now, ITSI, Confluence, JIRA and xMatters (paging tools)

  • 3 years' support experience in Unix and Windows platforms, understanding of databases

  • Experience managing bridge calls, and supporting end users

  • Understanding of application life cycle and ITIL concepts like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, flexibility in shifts to support 24/7 projects.

  • Knowledge in creating ServiceNow dashboards, Metrics and reports and QA audits.

  • Experience in handling projects in financial domain and managed 10+ resources

  • Experience in goal setting, performance appraisals and people management.

  • Should be able to work in SODC environment from office.

Key Skills: Unix, Oracle (Any Database), Service now, Support knowledge , Experience in handling support team, handling projects in financial domain and excellent communication skills.

Education & Certifications: - B.Tech / M.C.A (or) any other 16 years graduation.
