At Camelot Global we build and deliver our interactive platform for lottery gaming, including the National Lottery website, Mobile channels and an increasing suite of other products for our International client base. Camelot Global Services North America (CGSNA) in downtown Chicago, IL is currently expanding and requires a few skilled Application Support Engineers to operate, support and improve this platform going forwards. We are expanding our portfolio with a new platform of products and software services and will be running this platform as a managed service for customers both in Europe and North America.

About our Team
We perform the analysis and logical design for Camelot Global Services North America (CGSNA) programs of work for all of our customers. That means engaging with our stakeholders, understanding their environment and business needs and working with our various teams to delivery first-class solutions.
We work on a broad variety of exciting and challenging projects including large transition programs, product implementations, new channel developments, new game launches and a variety of consultancy assignments. Our team specialize in gaming and technology solutions and are Camelots front-line for its customers. As our customer base grows and our products mature we are expanding our team and are looking for new team members that can compliment our team with new ideas and techniques.
The Application Support Engineer will be a vital part of the Managed Services & Support team, and will be working alongside both App Support Engineers and Developers within in the team and also a diverse mix of software developers, QA engineers and DevOps Engineers in other departments. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, deploying, and supporting the infrastructure, systems and processes used to run the lottery platform.
