JPC Partners is looking for an Application Support Analyst that will support and manage our client’s document management system (Open Text’s Content Server branded as Cera). This Corporate Records Management role is part of the Cera support team and will be responsible for participating in the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end user support of Cera. You will be working closely with product teams and product owners to develop, build documentation and improve the continuous software delivery process. This is a technologically diverse position and will require the candidate to adapt, learn and interface with various teams.Essential Functions
Provide day-to-day software support for the Cera system
Support the testing of Cera system workflows, other solutions developed by system administrators, system updates and upgrades
Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and leadership to promote user acceptance of Cera
Provide customer support for Cera with other team members
Manage Cera system access for new hires, separations, promotions, transfers, etc.
Build folder locations for departments, managers, and project teams
Maintain Cera access groups for the management teams (ET, SLT, LT, and the Management Team) validating periodically using information provided by HR
Create new Cera access groups for project teams as requested
Adjust permissions on folders and other content in Cera as requested and approved
Assist with moving large volumes of content in Cera
Assist with training users for existing and future system functionality
Develop communications and training materials as necessary
Required Skills
Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
Ability to communicate and build user guides and work aids
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting document managements system such as Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, One Drive/SharePoint, etc.
Experience with building and executing test plans tied to functional requirements
Experience in situations requiring attention to compliance requirements
