Application Support Analyst
Customer Service Experience 3-5 years Call center environment experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge.
ERP software experience desired Preferably in Epicor 10
Proven ability to troubleshoot financial areas in a software package.
Computer Science/Business College degree or relevant experience.
Experience troubleshooting software issues via telephone and use of remote support with WebEx or Skype to provide a resolution to the end user.
Responsible for documenting the replication path of software issues and working with product development on behalf of the customer.
Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment.
Acts as a liaison between end user and appropriate internal resources.
Attends on-going training sessions to ensure a higher level of technical and application knowledge is achieved.
Performs other related work as assigned.
