Role Summary/Purpose:

Application Support Analyst

  • Provides Application Support to Field Consultants and external Customer's via telephone & email.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience 3-5 years Call center environment experience preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge.

  • ERP software experience desired Preferably in Epicor 10

  • General Ledger

  • Financial Statements

  • Multi-company Consolidations

  • Job Costing

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot financial areas in a software package.

  • Computer Science/Business College degree or relevant experience.

  • Experience troubleshooting software issues via telephone and use of remote support with WebEx or Skype to provide a resolution to the end user.

  • Responsible for documenting the replication path of software issues and working with product development on behalf of the customer.

  • Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Acts as a liaison between end user and appropriate internal resources.

  • Attends on-going training sessions to ensure a higher level of technical and application knowledge is achieved.

  • Performs other related work as assigned.

A Day in the Life * Provides strategic financial analysis and insight to decision making. * Develops models to evaluate business and investment opportunities for global FM/RE, EHS and BCP projects. * Assists in the development, monitoring, and execution of the 5-year strategic financial plan. * Prepare presentation materials, written analyses and special projects for senior management and other stakeholders. * Supports program initiatives including the establishment and detailed analysis of the related restructuring reserves. * Active involvement in the financial planning processes, including operating plans, strategic planning and analysis, ops reviews, QBRs, MFRs, investor relations, cash flow, and other ad hoc reporting. * Develop and monitor key performance measures (financial and non-financial) to support long-term performance and strategic objectives.
