Application Support Analyst
Work with the development team throughout the triage process. Work directly with application users to detect, investigate, and diagnose potential problems and defects. Assist with issue detection, and support development of team's reliability on the application support analysts (ASAs) to troubleshoot and propose client solutions. Work as an ASA at the ground floor with our end users, and serve as a subject matter expert. This position is located in Charleston, SC.
Experience in working with technical requirements owners to obtain information on application design and functionality to propose solutions for end users
Experience in working with network administrators to troubleshoot performance issues and outages
Experience with performing application testing in multiple environments
Experience in conducting conferences calls and live demos with end users and developers to provide solutions
Experience in establishing a common comprehension of workflow applications processes within multiple project environments
Experience working as an application expert within an infrastructure team, as a part of the Agile methodology
Experience in working with communicating application development life cycle events to multiple parties and tracking updates and changes to life cycle
Experience in creating documentation related to process, change management requests, and incident resolutions
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Experience with SOAP UI
Experience with SQL
Experience with relational database systems and concepts
Ability to communicate application information and solutions to clients
Ability to work efficiently in cross team situations and independently
Ability to grasp concepts and flow of cross platform data
BA or BS degree in a technical field
