What you will do:

• Manage a 20 person fumigation crew

• Mange every day operations including tractor fleet, equipment fabrication, budgeting, and scheduling

• Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards

• Manage the record keeping of application/spray records

• Supervises the use of all spray equipment

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Branch manager

• Report any Safety concerns to the Safety Officer as soon as they are identified

• Have knowledge of mixing, loading, and application of pesticides/fertilizers

• Has experience in agriculture

• Able to work additional hours to meet business demands

What you will bring:

• Two-year college degree or higher education preferred

• Experience preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Able to lift/carry up to 75lbs

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

• Must meet DOT and Company requirements

• QAL  license mandatory; with an attached category O  preferred

• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $55,440 - $83,160 annually. This range is estimated for a Application Supervisor in Watsonvlle, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
