Provides educational instruction for healthcare applications and assists with identifying the training needs of the identified users of systems and EMR applications. Provides administrative support, through the maintenance of the training database defined to support clinical systems record needs. Assists with the development of training curriculum and training materials for medical groups. Trains physicians and staff in the use of the EMR application and other systems. Evaluates and documents work flows to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the system.Requirements1.Education and Training
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Clinical designation (CMA, LPN, RN) preferred.
Two to three years progressive related experience, including management and clinical experience in a medical office setting is required.

Ability to present course materials in classroom and one-on-one environments using adult learning techniques to effectively convey information in an appropriate manner to users with a variety of skill levels from novice to power users.
