AriensCo is seeking a proven Application Specialist II, to join our growing IT team!
THE DAY TO DAY
Escalation of end user issues/advanced troubleshooting
Open issues with vendor for resolution
Upgrade platform to new releases
Implement platform patches/fixes
Utilize platform automation capabilities for process improvements
Lead implementations as needed
Monitor platform performance
Maintain server updates and perform server maintenance
Assist in platform implementation with other enterprise software
THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

THE QUALIFICATIONS...Education and/or Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms
Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, particularly for Sales and Customer Engagement
.Net development (for plug-ins)
Familiarity with installation and configuration of 3rd Party Apps
Microsoft Windows desktop/Server environments
Microsoft Office suite
General understanding of Microsoft SQL Server databases
Automation/scripting tools such as Powershell, AutoIT
Experience supporting the same or similar platform(s) to those assigned
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint integrations a plus
SQL Server Data Integration Services a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Requires valid driver's license
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong attention to detail
Quick learner with strong technical aptitude. Ability to work independently or as a team member
Ability to mentor other development team members to grow their understanding and experience of platforms assigned
Self-driven, enthusiastic and flexible work style
Experience working in a multi-location environment is a plus
Strong technical knowledge of current applicable protocols, standards, and best practices
Knowledge with business processes, particularly with marketing, sales and technical support processes and workflows
