Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a proven Application Specialist II, to join our growing IT team!

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Escalation of end user issues/advanced troubleshooting

  • Open issues with vendor for resolution

  • Upgrade platform to new releases

  • Implement platform patches/fixes

  • Utilize platform automation capabilities for process improvements

  • Lead implementations as needed

  • Monitor platform performance

  • Maintain server updates and perform server maintenance

  • Assist in platform implementation with other enterprise software

THE QUALIFICATIONS...Education and/or Experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms

Computer Skills

  • O365 administration

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, particularly for Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Microsoft Flow

  • PowerApps

  • Javascript

  • .Net development (for plug-ins)

  • Familiarity with installation and configuration of 3rd Party Apps

  • Microsoft Windows desktop/Server environments

  • Microsoft Office suite

  • General understanding of Microsoft SQL Server databases

  • Automation/scripting tools such as Powershell, AutoIT

  • Experience supporting the same or similar platform(s) to those assigned

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus

  • Knowledge of SharePoint integrations a plus

  • SQL Server Data Integration Services a plus

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Requires valid driver's license

Duties include coordinating, implementing and evaluating the Atlas Scheduling program for all WMHI nursing service employees. This position performs Nursing Service scheduling, orientation of new nursing department employees, and provides Atlas training to WMHI staff. Duties also include completing all Nursing Service procedures related to scheduling daily, monthly, and annual work/leave time for nursing staff in compliance with department and FLSA standards. The incumbent will be required to perform duties with a high degree of precision and accuracy, using analytical and independent reasoning; and will work closely with employees and supervisors, professional program and administrative staff. Special Notes: All applicants will be required to allow DHS to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any convictions may be related to the job being filled. All appointees will be required to receive a TB screening, which will be administered by WMHI or medical personnel approved by the facility prior to their start date. Qualifications: Minimally qualified candidates will have: Experience working with a scheduling database such as Atlas. Experience providing customer service (providing instructions, answering questions, resolving customer complaints/conflict) in a professional or business setting. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and maintaining deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Well-qualified candidates will have: Experience scheduling staff (e.g. preparing master schedule, posting staff schedules, maintaining vacation/holiday schedules, reviewing staff schedule changes, coordinating replacement staff for absences, etc.).
