Roanoke County IT ensures that its services support Roanoke County by providing technology innovation and information to decision makers.

This position offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and focus on innovation and continuous improvement. The team takes pride in providing excellent support for over 50 systems, including Public Safety, Tax Revenue, Finance, Human Resources and Payroll applications.

Experience in managing these types of systems, projects and teams is preferred, as well as a strong background in functional, technical and data analysis oversight. If you enjoy interacting with technical teams, department and government leaders, and vendors, and balancing multiple priorities and department needs, this job might be a good fit for you.
