At Anaplan, we are looking for a self-motivated APPLICATION SECURITY TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER to join our growing team in SAN FRANCISCO and contribute as a member of the Global Engineering Program Management Group located in San Francisco, Minneapolis, London and York, UK.
As an experienced Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the product and engineering organizations to plan the development and delivery of software releases. Your primary focus in this role would be to plan the infrastructure and feature releases developed by our team in San Francisco, and identify and track risks and dependencies between San Francisco and other global teams. What you'll be doing:
Coordinate Anaplan's response to vulnerability disclosures
Drive security issues to resolution through continuous engagement with internal stakeholders including engineering, operations and public relations
Investigate and respond to customer security inquiries
Lead initiatives to streamline, automate and scale to meet the challenges of an evolving threat landscape
Manage relationships with partner companies and organizations.
Continuously improve Application Security process and drive agile best practice adoption across the teams
Align with the global program management team on delivery targets and ensure the successful execution of complex deployments
More about you:
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of technical project or program management experience
2+ years of experience working in a technical domain
Proven ability to balance multiple tasks, projects and assignments
A passion for application security
Dependability: Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure
Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead via influence, in cross-functional environments
Excellent communication skills, in particular communicating technical concepts between audiences of varying backgrounds
Capable in making tough decisions and to manage change
