  • The main focus of this position is to focus on Multibody Dynamics and Inspire Motion tools set.

  • Learn about Altair's Simulation products and its applications in various industry verticals.

  • Work in tandem with other AE's on Proof of Concepts, benchmarks, customer projects/engagements

  • Provide support to Altair customers by phone/email.

  • Develop examples and test cases for documentation in software help manuals

  • Assist in developing training material for HyperWorks products.

  • Assist in HyperWorks training activities in the office.

  • Assist in developing support literature for HyperWorks products such as "Tips & Tricks" or "Frequently Asked Questions" based on your observation of the software.

  • Assist in university outreach program and material creation

Key Description: MITRE's Networking and Infrastructure Technical Center is currently looking for Network Technology and Security Interns to explore these and other challenging questions as we work for a safer, healthier and more secure nation and world. Take this opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative team working with state of the art technology solving challenging technical problems. On any given day, our interns might expect to conduct hands-on lab analysis to solve technical issues, consider potential integration opportunities, and understand performance/scalability issues. Work closely with industry to understand best practices and maintain a pulse of innovations in the networking and network security area. Develop prototypes that demonstrate novel solutions to sponsor problems. Join other interns to learn about and apply new technologies, collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, and gain the skills necessary to effectively discuss and demonstrate your work. Required Skills: * A passion to learn and work on challenging problems * Understanding of networks and layer 3 and 4 protocols (e.g. IP, TCP, UDP, etc.) * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Basic programming experience * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Strong academic record of 3.0 GPA or higher.
