Gather design requirements from the team and external research partners. Support researcher analysis and discovery by creating effective plots and animations of experimentally measured and statistically reconstructed data.
Implement and maintain python visualization tools. Maintain a library of visualization methods to support physics code development.
Previous work experience visualizing scientific data from experiments or simulation. Python programming experience.
Proficiency with Linux operating system command line tools. Problem-solving and communication skills are strong assets. Experience leading short projects is a plus. Software engineering experience is a plus.
1+ Years of professional work experience. B.S. in Physics, Engineering, or Applied Science; or equivalent work experience.
