Position Title:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules.

Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for applications.

Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans.

Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.

You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you'll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology enabled learning solutions. You'll be working with subject matter specialists, programme directors/managers and project teams to strategise effective ways to educate and train our people on industry related materials. Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above * Train and lead staff * Establish effective working relationships directly with clients * Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen * Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues * Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients * Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: * Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; * Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; * Understanding of blended learning solutions/methods including instructional design, learning objectives, educational technologies (e.g. virtual classroom) and adult learning theory; * Displaying and continuously developing project management and instructional design skills, business contexts and learning needs of a professional services firm and NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements and the impact on business; * Working independently and prioritizing time to complete project tasks/deliverables within established project timeframes; * Collaborating across the organization and with external vendors to meet client expectations, learning objectives, and implementation requirements to create an effective learning environment; * Understanding of NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements and the impact on business; * Understanding business contexts and learning needs of a professional services firm; * Leveraging prior knowledge/experience in a relevant area desirable, though not required; and, * Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, keeping leadership informed of progress and issue. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including: * Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping); * Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review); * Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools; * Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and, * Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
