CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a software development professional to join our development team. CiraConnect offers the opportunity to work on the latest technologies and the ability to see your work make an immediate impact on the company. Each developer also has access to an online library of over 3,000 on-demand courses to expand your skills and interests.

The primary responsibility for this position is the development of new software modules. The Developer will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to maintain and support web applications based on Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI and SQL Server technologies and the Angular framework. The developer will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle. The C# Developer will also work with end users and the existing application development team to identify and correct bugs with our internal application platform and web portals.

  • Primary responsibility is to develop new application functionality using WebAPI and Angular technologies.

  • Perform all traditional development activities, such as analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation

  • Work with users to troubleshoot and fix identified bugs with in-house developed applications

  • Perform testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios

  • Participate in design and code reviews

  • Manage work assignments to meet deadlines

  • Drive all projects to completion

  • Work with business process owners to aid in the design of solutions

  • Translate business and design goals into usable products


To be considered you must be self-motivated, pleasantly aggressive, ambitious, and have high personal ethics. You must be able to develop professional and personal relationships with co-workers and end-users, and you must be a positive and people-oriented person.

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET WebAPI and ASP.NET MVC

  • 3+ years of experience with SQL server, relational database design, stored procedures using T-SQL

  • 2+ years of experience with Entity Framework

  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms

  • Experience with front end web development using Angular 4-7

  • Experience with design and development of large scale RESTful web services

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, HTML, JSON

  • Pleasant personality

  • Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for software development and Microsoft technologies

  • Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated

  • Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment and be open to overtime when necessary

  • Experience with accounting systems a plus.

Job summary The Red Hat North America (NA) Public Sector team is looking for skilled Python developers for our application development consulting engagements in San Antonio, Texas.
