There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.Description: This position is a key resource for the Information Systems Department and is responsible for Epic Data Courier coordination including the shared master files strategies development, implementation, and maintenance including planning, implementation, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and user acceptance criteria. This role defines and implements the change control processes and coordinates key Epic environment activities including updates, upgrades, and build migration. This resource will work with IS staff, IS Management and key personnel from other departments to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective and functional information security solutions for all aspects of the organization.Responsibilities of the Data Courier Administrator include:Data Courier Admin*

Maintain a high-level understanding of all Epic Projects from a Data Structure perspective as well as an understanding of key application processes * Responsible for maintaining EGC records and Data Courier Interfaces * Review Epic Technical Consideration recommendations and work with Application teams to determine impact and implement necessary changes * Responsible for System Definition INIs and keeping environments in sync * Adhere to and support Change Control processes * Support process improvement for all Epic Applications * Maintain and Train Data Courier/Content Management for analysts * Responsible for creating and maintaining Content Management and Data Courier ECLS and IPGs * Responsible for mapping and maintaining Epic Content Management, Data Courier, Sherlock and Nova provisioning * Responsible for coordination and tracking of Epic Project build migrations * Responsible for Epic Non-Project build migrations to Production including Monthly Maintenance * Assist with maintenance and coordination of IMO, Medispan, Exitcare and Micromedex, etc. related to Epic * Create and maintain process documentation and KB articles related to Data Courier, Environment Release and Testing * Generate Monthly Audits for Production migrationsRelease Management * Understand Environment Structure and Documentation for Epic Environments * Understand Epic SU Maintenance Projects * Manage Maintenance of Nova and assist teams with understanding * Understand all Epic application issues associated with a Sherlock Ticket * Work closely with Technical Team to resolve issues related to Epic and other applications * Serve as back up for the communication for all Epic Environment activities * Understand the Release Authorization (RA) process for Epic * Work closely with Epic TC on Projects and Technical issues with Epic * Work closely with Application teams on issues involving Epic TS and coordinate meetings with Epic to discuss * Responsible for the stability of the Production environment per Epic applications along with application teams and technical teams * Review Server errors for Epic environments and work with Technical teams, Application teams and Epic TS or TC to resolve the issueTesting Coordination * Assist with coordination of Integrated Testing during major releases * Understand and maintain Integrated Testing processes * Assist with coordinating development of new test scripts with Project Teams * Generate Migration Audits during Integrated Testing Weeks * Work closely with software vendors and application teams to implement automated testing for EpicAdditional Skills Requirements:Data Courier and Content Management StructureEpic Build, Implementation, and SupportEpic Release ManagementEpic Integrated TestingAbility to communicate to varying audiencesAdditional Experience Preferences:Server systems knowledgeProject managementExperience with Eggplant Testing Automation Software AdministrationBachelors and at least 1+ years of directly applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)Epic Application or Data Courier Administration CertificationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow
