  • Deliver detailed design/architecture plans and solution requirements assessment.

  • Address challenges of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving operating and service excellence

  • Identifies new solutions and opportunities in Service Management at Vitas

  • Overall administration of the Service Management application.

  • Facilitate and test all system updates and configuration changes.

  • Establish Service Management configuration standards

  • Effectively manage and prioritize implementation tasks effectively

  • Implement and maintain a continuous improvement process.

  • Ensure configuration consistency across development, test and production environments.

  • Plans, organizes, and controls the activities related to Service Management application.

  • Oversees the assignment of duties, and responsibilities to employees.

  • 3-5 years of IT work experience in systems administration, programming, or design.

  • ServiceNow administration experience preferred.

  • Project Management experience is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of ITIL practices.

  • Experience with Service Management modules including : Incident, SLA, Surveys, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, LDAP, SSO, MID Server

  • Working knowledge of the web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).

  • Definition of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and project duration is a plus

  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function

  • Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with department heads, managers, coworkers and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions

VIEW JOBS 10/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-09T00:00 Overview Spirit Airlines is seeking a Crew Train Travel Administrator for our Miramar, FL Support Center. This role will effectively drive down cost by ensuring crew travel details and itineraries are constructed within fiscal responsibility, in accordance with Airline Pilot Association (ALPA) & Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) regulations, and in compliance with vendor contracts. Responsibilities * Crew Travel Requests: Ensure that all email and phone travel requests are booked and in accordance with contractual regulation. Maintain and update travel information for all crew members attending training on a month-to-month basis. Communicate travel accommodations by means of email or phone. * Hotel Connections Liaison: Communicate with Hotel Connections via email to update vendor contact and rate information. Coordinate with Crew Plan to ensure DAT file contains correct Hotel Connections data. Be involved in maintaining vendor relations and develop processes to improve operational efficiency. * Invoicing and Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor invoices with booking data and Crew Plan data. Process payment for vendor contracts with Crew Travel credit card. Assist Finance with vendor invoicing. * Assist Finance: Work with Finance in reconciliation and forecasting of crew travel expenses and budget by means of building and maintaining accurate historical reports. * Pilot Expenses: Collect, review, and approve pilot expense reports. Support Finance department with vendor contracts and payments. * Training Travel Scheduling: Book all travel; i.e. deadheads, hotel, and transportation for all initial, upgrade, re-qualifying and recurrent training crew. * FAA Travel Scheduling: Book all travel; i.e. deadheads, hotel, and transportation for all FAA inspectors as requested or required by training. * Oversee the tracking and analysis of hotel and deadhead usage to minimize unnecessary cost. Qualifications * Must be able to determine the accuracy of data received for input. * Basic typing skills while ensuring data accuracy. * Ability to follow booking guidelines and limitations while maintaining high level of accuracy. * Long periods of sitting with continuous typing, reading, and writing. * Work under contractual deadlines with near 100% accuracy. * Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as a thorough knowledge of Citrix. * Flexibility to meet changing deadlines under pressure. * Must be able to adapt to various work schedules and work on call as the operation needs. * High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred. * Please be advised that you will be asked to complete a required assessment to be considered for this position.
