Job Description: As an Appliance Installation Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the installation process of multifamily and single family appliances. This role requires a general understanding of construction and mechanical systems, attention to detail, the ability to manage hourly and subcontract labor, and excellent customer service skills. It also requires limited travel on occasion, and the physical ability to handle appliances

Key Responsibilities:

• The ability to work in jobsite conditions and communicate effectively with builders and general contractors

• Effective use of time management to organize labor and complete projects to deadline

• Knowledge of installation of a wide range of appliances in residential and commercial settings.

• Perform limited plumbing and HVAC connections as required.

• Ensure all installations are completed to company standards and in compliance with local codes.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining the installation process to customers and addressing any questions or concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.

• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customer to coordinate operations.

• Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.

• Present a neat and professional image.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in appliance installation, plumbing, or HVAC.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.

• Certifications in plumbing or HVAC are preferred.
