Position provides telephone and internet web sales support for a major retail appliance brand. The successful candidate will work within a team to reach out to store associates and customers in order to provide product knowledge support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for reaching out to store associates daily in order to educate and inform them of the retailers various products
Answer incoming questions and concerns via internet, email, and phone
Track and record customer calls and conversations
Complete weekly and monthly customer reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year prior in-bound Call Center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required.
Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and evenings as business dictates is required.
Provide excellent customer service to customers
Ability to follow directions and catch on quickly
HS diploma or equivalent required
Excellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation and Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
