Position provides telephone and internet web sales support for a major retail appliance brand. The successful candidate will work within a team to reach out to store associates and customers in order to provide product knowledge support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reaching out to store associates daily in order to educate and inform them of the retailers various products

  • Answer incoming questions and concerns via internet, email, and phone

  • Track and record customer calls and conversations

  • Complete weekly and monthly customer reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year prior in-bound Call Center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required.

  • Ability to work varied hours/days, weekends and evenings as business dictates is required.

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers

  • Ability to follow directions and catch on quickly

  • HS diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation and Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
