Our operations expertise drives the development of technical tools, processes and support resources. all whilst delivering first-class support to a global content provider community.We are looking for an exceptional technical account manager to enrich Apple's relationships with labels and distributors. This individual will have the essential balance of hard and soft skills needed to provide professional support to labels, evangelize Apple Music's priorities, and drive improvement to label delivery processes.
This individual will also oversee the roadmap for Apple Music's support resources, including onsite materials, guides and communication of new features, tools and metadata standards.The successful applicant will work with a variety of internal operations, engineering and business teams to deliver on their commitments. It will require strong character and relationship-building skills, a self-starter attitude and a bias towards innovation.We're growing and urge you to apply. Do you have strong attention to detail, and organizational skills?Works well under pressure/with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Solid knowledge of enterprise-level, music delivery processes and metadata. Knowledge of Apple's music standard is a strong plus.Do you have experience working with music platforms to resolve delivery and transactional issues?Demonstrable success developing technical processes, workflows and solutions.Clear, and friendly communicator - Written and verbal.Do you have excellent presentation skills?Experience analyzing datasets to improve internal and 3rd party processes.Languages are a plus.
Provide the highest-level technical support to labels, distributors and artists
Engage content providers to identify issues and drive improvement to their processes
Own the Content Operations communication roadmap and process for socializing new features and change
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive improvement to Apple's support organization for MusicWork with internal reporting and operations teams to provide measurement and feedback for providers and Apple ManagementContribute to functional specifications and tool enhancements to improve content workflows

Bachelor's Degree or higher, with 5 years of relevant work experience.
