JOB SUMMARY:

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Location: 18 Campus Blvd., Ste. 210, Newtown Square, PA (onsite required)

Job Description and Responsibility:

  • Candidates MUST be able to work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, ON SITE at our Newtown Square, PA office location

  • Management of printing and shipping tasks for appeal submissions

  • Scan appeal documents into the internal system

  • Update client and internal systems of shipment details

  • Monitor packages are delivered in a timely manner

  • Cross-trained on various functions within the department such as case entry support, Peer to Peer support and appeals support

  • Other responsibilities as requested by management

Requirements/Skills:

  • 1+ years in an office setting, mailroom, or call center.

  • Basic excel skills. You will need to know how to open a workbook, enter information, copy and past and do basic formulas such as adding and subtracting.

  • Should be able to type at least 20wpm with an accuracy rate of 90%

  • Detail-oriented

  • Works independently but is a team player. You will work in an office environment with your teammates.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential.

  • Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance

  • Accurate keyboard skills

  • Ability to lift objects up to 15 lbs

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

May be expected to sit at a desk for long hours. Repetitive movement of hands and fingers - typing and/or writing. Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Ability to reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
