This role will report out of our Congers, NY headquarters. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for long-term career development and advancement. An advocate for work/life balance, John Mini supports a hybrid work environment Upon completion of training, this role will provide hybrid flexibility, offering 2 work-from-home days, and 3 days at our Congers, HQ.

The AP/Payroll Specialist candidate will be organized and meticulous, ensuring timeliness and precision throughout their day-to-day functions. This includes: Invoicing, coding, and regular account analysis Ensure sales tax for all jurisdictions is accurate and accounted for Maintain up to date vendor profiles within internal system Process ACH payments, prepare analysis of accounts and monthly reports Process weekly payroll for company You have:

Associates Degree 3 years of related experience.
