Job Summary / Purpose

The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is a licensed independent provider responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for identified patients in accordance with the State and Federal rules and regulations and within the scope of practice for the Board of Nursing.

Required Education for Staff Job Levels

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

Required Licensure and Certifications

Current APRN licensure required. BLS required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum of three years full-time experience as APRN in specialty area. Must possess and maintain BLS and ACLS.

Demonstrated clinical competence; ability to collaborate with others; ability to initiate and plan own activities; effective patient/staff teaching. Must apply for hospital privileges. Adequate conversational English is required in order that the individual be able to take direction from management, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with patients and co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines, and understand the Associate Handbook and all hospital policies.

VIEW JOBS 3/26/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-24T00:00 Position Description * The DMI product line is looking for a highly motivated Business Process Analyst II to join our talented, dynamic team to successfully manage business processes for DMI verification tasks. * The Business Process Analyst II will support the product line by providing analysis and workflows of the current RIDP and SSN business processes with the objective of identifying areas for operational improvement and making suggestions for streamlining processes to enable call center staff to efficiently verify and adjudicate consumer attestations related to Health Insurance Marketplace applications. * The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, be able to effectively work in a fluid and fast-paced work environment, possess outstanding communication skills, and be a team player. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: * Serve as subject matter expert in the RIDP and SSN process areas to ensure DMI-specific initiatives and processes are in alignment with customer's strategy, goals, and objectives * Review data and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels * Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation plans, track action items, work with cross-functional teams and product lines to ensure proper resolution and adherence to customer guidelines * Create project charters and business requirements documents for major projects and innovations * Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories * Create test cases based on business use case scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software/system enhancements meet business requirements * Update wiki instructions based on current and new processes * Be lead on DMI quarterly document deliverables including but not limited to, DMI Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Document Verification Guide (DVG), SSN SOP, RIDP SOP Candidate can work out of either of the Following CMS locations: * London, KY * Herndon, VA Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree or working towards a bachelors degree * 3-5 years experience working in a professional environment Required Skills * Strong grasp of DMI verification business processes particularly RIDP and SSN task processing * Familiar with Sharepoint document storage and versioning * Excellent customer service * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Ability to work with remote peers/management * Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Preferred Skills * Statistical / data analysis * Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Suite, Wiki and Visio software packages * Familiarity with SDLC software methodology is a plus Company Overview Serco Inc.
