Responsibilities

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

• Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Tomaszewski: Jeffrey Tomaszewski, MD | Duly Health and Care - DuPage Medical Group.

• Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Tomaszewski.

• Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.

• Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Tomaszewski, clinical staff members, and management.

• Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding

• Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.

• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois

• Previous Experience (1+ years) in Family Medicine or similar setting.
