APP For Primary Care In Chalfont

Responsibilities

The CRNP and/or Physician Assistant (known as APP) is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health of Grand View Health's patients by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician. The APP will assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories for patients of all ages in this well established primary care practice in Chalfont, PA.

The primary care works within an Integrated Delivery Network, offering high quality, low cost care to patients of all ages.

Schedule: Full Time, weekdays 8:30am

• 5:00pm with one evening per week and one Saturday per month

Qualifications

Education and Experience:Master's Degree Physician Assistant, required

CRNP, licensed

PA license

Licenses and Certifications:Physician Assistant

• Licensed, upon hire

CRNP/FNP - licensed, upon hire

Basic Life Support (BLS), Upon hire, required
