Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter (Apartment Porter)

Location: La Cima, our new 260-unit multifamily community located in Austin, TX 78744.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00-5:00pm, 40-hours per week, full-time.

Key Qualifications: Positive attitude, maintenance focused, experienced with grounds, cleaning, pressure washing, overall curb appeal and common areas and light maintenance. Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus. This position has internal growth opportunities to our Maintenance Team. If you become a Maintenance Tech at RPS, the Company will sponsor your pathway to obtain your EPA I & II.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings

• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly

• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents

• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

• Education

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience

• 1-3 months of related experience preferred

• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Skills & Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
