Today we are looking for a Roving Apartment Maintenance - Construction Upgrade Technician to join our team in the Grand Blanc, Michigan area 48439. Please expect 75% light travel (paid mileage) around the Grand Blanc and metro Detroit areas. This position focuses on apartment maintenance as well as internal upgrades/remodel work. What we are offering:

• Pay is up to $22.00 hour

• Yearly raises up to 5%

What we are looking for:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority

• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

• HVAC troubleshooting/repair/maintenance

• Upgrading units internally; countertops, cabinetry, flooring

Qualifications:

• 2 + years' experience in maintenance or equivalent

• Dry walling including painting and carpentry

• Knowledge of plumbing

• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal

• EPA Certification strongly preferred
