Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
As a Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following:
Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.
Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.
Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
MUST have own basic tools
Hours are Mon-Fri from 7am-3:30pm
Pay is $18.00 per hour
Maintain inventory and replenishes cleaning supplies by contacting main office in advance and picking up supplies at main office on a needed basis.
Must be able to perform all duties in correspondence to the workloads.
Required to check in with all Area Supervisors and take on additional assignments as needed
