Apartment Maintenance Tech - NOW Hiring

WEEKLY PAY NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIGHER WAGES Job Positions Across the Valley (Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler) We are seeking employees with experience in the maintenance field who are interested in joining the property management world. While working with us, there's no on-call business plus we can get you working on your side of town (15-20 MILES FROM HOME TO WORK) Job Responsibilities: - Make Ready/Turning apartments

• Repair and maintaining the grounds

• Indoor Plumbing (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals etc.) - Electrical (ceiling fans, wall sockets etc.) - Drywall repairs

• Painting (BASIC) - Appliance repair and install/replace

• Preventative maintenance Job Requirements: - 3-6 months of maintenance experience or related, Property management experience a plus

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance

• HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge are not required, but are always a plus
