IMMEDIATE HIRE - Maintenance Supervisor (Apartment Community)

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Southeast Wichita, KS. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 348 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours!

Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks to give you a great work life balance!

Full Time

• Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What you need:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Team management experience required

• HVAC and/or EPA certification required

• CPO certification preferred

• Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs

• Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

• Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas

What Our Maintenance Supervisors Will Do:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

• Exterior structural maintenance as needed

• Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone

• Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)

• Team management

You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
