Apartment multifamily experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person with the right personality! This is the perfect steppingstone if you're in any of the following industries: serving tables, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate or sales.

What we are offering:

• Pay starts at $17-19 hourly depending on experience

• Monthly commission structure (Up to $75 per new lease!)

• Yearly raises up to 5%

• Previous experience in multifamily industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs

• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records

• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects

• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
