We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company. Job Title: Leasing Agent Hours:

Full-Time Job Duties: Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this. Requirements: • One year of prior leasing experience is required. • Available to work weekends • Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing • Friendly, energetic, great people skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent phone and in person sales skills • Motivated and hard-working • High energy • Excellent communication skills • Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills. • Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
