Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental markets, including trends in pricing and availability. Handle data entry for tenant applications, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation.

Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Maintain organized files for all leasing activities, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements Previous experience in property management or sales is preferred. Knowledge of property leasing processes and real estate administrative tasks is essential. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Proficiency in data entry and record keeping, with attention to detail being crucial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
