We're expanding our leasing team and looking for dedicated individuals like you to start ASAP. Keep your weekends free while earning WEEKLY pay Position: Leasing Agent Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm w/ one hour lunch (subject to change depending on community needs Job Responsibilities: Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Conducting apartment tours with prospective residents Maintaining resident and vendor relations Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry Contributing to special projects as needed Required Skills: Proven sales experience with strong phone and in-person sales skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Previous experience in apartment leasing is helpful Strong customer service orientation and a motivated work ethic Benefits:
