Requirements

As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, everyday you will assist in overseeing day to day operations at our conventional apartment community, help people lease their dream home, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures and conduct unit inspections! Elevate (259 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS, MN and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!

To thrive in this role:

Must have at least 6 months of experience working as an Assistant Community/Property Manager

Have experience with Market Rate High Rise properties in metropolitan sub-market (at least 60 units or more)

Prior experience leasing apartment units 

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Detail-orientated and accurate reporting

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property

Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations

Valid license 

Bonus Skills

Yardi or OneSite experience

Bilingual is a PLUS
