Aero Air, LLC, a premier aviation company, is seeking A&P Mechanics to join our exceptional growing team of maintenance professionals in the Pacific Northwest.

General Duties and Responsibilities of Aero Air's A&P Mechanics include:

  • Perform all airframe, power plant and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements.

  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting.

  • Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment.

  • Accurately complete all required maintenance records.

  • Present a clean and neat work area to our customers.

  • Perform other duties as may be required.

  • Must be flexible with schedule to meet support requirements for 24/7 medevac operations.

General Requirements for Aero Air Mechanics include:

  • A&P license.

  • At least 3 years' experience maintaining corporate aircraft.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

  • Minimum 18 years of age.

  • Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check required.

The preferred candidates will have experience maintaining corporate aircraft to include but not limited to Gulfstream, Embraer, Legacy, Lear and Challenger aircraft. Working knowledge with other aircraft such as Pilatus and Twin Commander is a plus but not required.

We market a wide range of semiconductor production equipment (SPE) products and provide outstanding service and support to U.S. semiconductor device manufacturers. TEL's world-renowned products and technologies support diverse customer needs for the manufacture of increasingly sophisticated semiconductors. Responsibilities: * Perform technical tests and experiments for Process Engineering, including setup and operation of metrology and supporting tools. * Prepare records, charts, and graphs of test results. * Operate metrology tools (including SEM, TEM, Dual Beam, light microscopes, and sputtering tools) to qualify process equipment and optimize processes. * Adjust hardware/software parameters to correct issues or execute experiments. * Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot process problems. * Perform minor electrical or mechanical troubleshooting on equipment. * Perform preventative and unscheduled maintenance on process equipment. * Operate Dual Beam (SEM and FIB), TEM, SEM, light microscopes, deposition equipment, and metrology tools. * Change/adjust software parameters for differing experiments. * Work closely with engineering teams. * Assist in making process related diagrams/graphs. * Write procedures and training materials. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-4 years of semiconductor processing experience in thin film deposition, or etch, preferably in a high volume manufacturing facility. * Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Self-starting individual with strong technical and hands-on skills. * AA degree or equivalent preferred. * Knowledge of EDS, EELS, PEELS, and STEM are highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, prolonged sitting, and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds are required. This position requires the use of Personal Protection Equipment and the proper use industry safety procedures while working.
