As part of Aon's Rewards Solutions practice, you will help empower results for McLagan clients by delivering financial services compensation surveys and consulting. McLagan surveys are the backbone to our industry-specific performance and advisory work. We are looking for students to intern in the Summer of 2020 in our Stamford, CT Headquarters.

Your impact as an Aon Summer Intern: Interns will have an opportunity to work alongside senior consultants in the development of consulting projects and annual compensation studies. Interns will gain exposure to various segments of the financial services industry, including Asset Management, Private Banking and Investment Banking/Capital Markets. Day to day duties might include the following:

  • Reviewing firm compensation information, as well as, resolving data issues with clients

  • Assisting in the preparation of compensation statistics for final survey publication

  • Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables for a variety of consulting projects

  • Performing industry and financial research

  • Support consultants on ad hoc data analysis and research projects

Education & Application Information

Applicants for this role should graduate between December 2020 June 2022 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. We do not offer sponsorship for this position CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.

Financial services experience is preferred. Education: Bachelors or Masters Degrees in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or other relevant field of study, with proven academic excellence.
