AOM Analyst (All Other Markets)

Position Summary :

The Commercial Analyst is a critical thinker who understands the necessary business processes to bring our strategic vision to life. The Commercial Analyst is responsible for the generation of statistical reports and analyzing the results to provide insight to the Director of Commercialization, and Executive Management. This position works closely with the Commercial Team to support the management of all Sales related initiatives They will contribute to the collection, measurement and reporting of data and business needs to the greater organization; in both pre and post analysis of our commercialization process and objectives. The Commercial Analyst will assist in developing and preparing Sales Presentations, utilizing fact-based data from multiple sources and present ideas internally and externally as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

• Measure and interpret data against benchmarks, performance models and industry standards.

• Understand the commercial planning cycle and assist in developing timelines and outputs required to achieve our objectives.

• Compile regular, timely reports and communicate to management any important developments.

• Represent the Convenience Retail channel and act as liaison between the customer sales team and bottler sales team to align on actionable goals and objectives.

• Develop presentation materials related to activity within the convenience retail channel to both internal and external audiences.

• Work with cross-functional departments to include Business Development, Supply Chain and Revenue Growth Management

• Identify project stakeholders and collaborate on projects as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Analytical & Diagnostic mindset, leveraging data and business acumen to meet objectives

• Power user of Excel including but not limited to pivot tables, advanced macros

• Proficiency or learning Microsoft programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & PowerBI

• Organizational and Project Management skills

• Ability to think creatively and critically, in order to clearly present ideas and communicate with team lead.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Base Pay Range : $77,600 - $91,250
