The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to perform critical analysis, ability to self-manage time and prioritize actions. The Anti-Corruption Compliance Analyst will prepare and make assessments of adequacy on due diligence submissions on higher risk third party intermediaries, perform analytical reviews and assessments, reconcile information, identify and resolve red flags, and provide policy and procedure-related guidance to business units and other stakeholders. This role requires 10-15% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare due diligence submissions on higher risk third party intermediaries

  • Contract preparation, including review of third party intermediary agreements for conformity with template terms and conditions

  • Assessing adequacy of internal controls

  • Metrics preparation and data processing

  • Monthly/annual agreement stats

  • Supports analytical reviews and assessments of compliance processes

  • Supports other projects including reference material and training creation

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience in related field and a minimum 4 years of compliance experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption and/or FCPA experience preferred

  • Third Party Due Diligence experience preferred

  • Experience in international compliance or in contracts, legal, or international trade helps

  • Exposure to internal controls, financial controls, and testing or auditing helps

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Demonstrated experience understanding complex policy and procedural requirements; ability to identify, evaluate and propose solutions where necessary

  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and responsibility

  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and willingness to take initiative; self-starter who is organized and able to work without close supervision; proven agility in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with data reconciliation, quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, and/or compliance assessment trends

  • Proven success identifying and tracking business analysis issues and risks; support mitigation and resolution as required; ensure issues and risks are escalated appropriately within the governance structure

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and networks across all levels of the organization

  • Adaptable, versatile and flexible with the ability to manage ambiguity

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, while maintaining a high attention to detail and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work calmly and proficiently under pressure and to adhere to strict deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of standard desktop applications: MS Office and Outlook,

  • Strong software skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and other reporting tools
