Qualifications:
Must hold a valid New Jersey Certificate as a School Counselor.
Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Guidance
Proven ability to work collegially and cooperatively within a collaborative team
Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate staff
Strong ability to connect with students and staff
Working knowledge of Section 504, I&RS and HIB.
Strong focus on program development in guidance and implementation of enhanced academic support through intervention and support services
