Technical Education Teacher

• 1.0 FTE

Qualifications:

• State of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Senior HS endorsement in technology education.

• Ability to teach various courses within the Technology Education content area.

• It is an expectation that the candidate desire to be an active member in professional organizations related to content area(s) and/or pedagogy.

• Must be willing to work as a contributing member of course-alike and divisional teams to improve instructional practices and curriculum that benefit student achievement.

• We expect our candidates to be highly proficient leaders who will excel in facilitating interdisciplinary curricular connections building-wide.

• Preference will be given to candidates willing to work with students outside of the normal school day by participating in activities, athletics, or other school related endeavors.
