Job Responsibilities

• Possess a valid NJ plumbing license

• 5 years of experience related to building maintenance and general carpentry/construction.

• Have the knowledge and be able to perform routine carpentry and building maintenance repairs.

• Have the knowledge and experience of repairing and installing door locks.

• Move and assist in the installation of furniture and equipment.

• Possess a valid NJ Motor Vehicle License and be able to operate facilities vehicles as required

• Ensure all storm drains are debris free, and ensure all roof drains are debris free.

• Shovels, plows, salts, and/or sweeps sidewalks, steps, driveways and parking areas.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

• Possess a NJ Black Seal License or willingness to obtain one.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Facilities & Grounds Supervisor

• Understand and follow all federal and state safety requirements and attend the required training.
