Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferred Five years of responsible teaching experience and 3 years of administrative experience. The applicant should have a distinguished record of accomplishment both as a teacher and as an administrator in education.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering Human Resources functions including all aspects of Employee-Employer relations as well as facilitating and participating in San Benito County Office of Education (SBCOE) collaboratives and is the Valenzuela/Williams compliance officer. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive human resource management program including recruitment, selection, employment, training, job analysis, classification studies, management development, performance appraisal and personnel services.

This position works closely with the County Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent and the Human Resources Credential Manager to provide programs and services to enhance student learning throughout the county. The Director of Human Resources will support the Deputy Superintendent with all functions around Public Information Officer responsibilities. Employer/Employee shared cost Medical, Dental and Vision benefit package available for employee and dependents. Master's Degree $ 1,200; Doctorate Degree $2,400 Longevity: 2.5% increments at years 6, 8, 11, 16 and 20

VIEW JOBS 10/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-13T00:00 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Recruiting (40%): * Schedule interviews for non-exempt and exempt level positions, send calendar updates to interview team, schedule travel for candidates and be point person for candidate on interview day * Create HR documents including offer letters, new hire forms, promotion letters, internal transfer forms and update to the system as need be * Manage pre-employment process using our third party company, GIS.
