Partners closely with the Experience Owner to develop and drive the journey vision and strategy. Defines the roadmap for the journey's target state and leads the agile journey team to achieve this target-state solution. Responsible for defining and prioritizing the journey backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. Provides constant feedback to the agile teams and helps the teams follow a vision. Responsible for ensuring the Journey team is aligned with project requirements they are accountable for. The Journey Owner must have a well-developed understanding of customer needs aligned with business objectives and build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for the journey.
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to 10 years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant domains, products, and journeys
Recognized as an expert in assigned Journey area
Ability to collaborate and indirectly influence others
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
