Antenna Test Engineer

Description:

• Programming software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures

• Test software development in a Nearfield and Compact Antenna Range

• Create software programs being written in order to automate the test

• Troubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced antenna systems

• Support technicians with troubleshooting and training

• Analyze test data and identify early trends

• Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions

• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.

• 1+ years of professional or project based experience from school within software development with C/C++ or MATLAB.

• Hands-on experience with RF testing with Antenna's through coursework or projects preferred.

• Hands-on experience testing in a lab with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers)

• All three roles require an active secret clearance to be considered (no interims) and ability to obtain a Special Access Clearance, which could take 3-6 months to obtain. Usually candidates with a TS will be granted the SAP. Secret is more like 50/50.
