Position Description:

Senior Business Analyst that will act as the go between for a TPA (Third Party Administer) and a large Life and Annuity Insurance company. The Senior Business Analyst will assist in creating Indexed Annuity Product specifications and work hand in hand with the TPAs operations team in creating a platform that will provide seamless flexibility in Administering the Indexed Annuity.

Excellent communication and Written Skills required. The role will have to lead facilitated sessions with the Business, Operations and Technical team. Deep Annuity experience focused on Indexed Annuities 10+ years.

Ideal location is Hartford, CT, but will also accept candidates in NYC, Cranford, NJ and Lafayette, LA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Create Detailed requirements documentation that outline the product specifics of an Indexed Annuity.

Work closely with the Actuarial team members and Operations staff to ensure the policy admin platform can administer the product.

Perform User Acceptance testing.

Create detailed business requirements documents, operations training manuals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Deep Annuity experience focused on Indexed Annuities 10+ years

Excellent Communication skills

Excellent Written Skills

Deep understanding of Operations and how Annuity products are serviced within an Operations group

Ability to Communicate effectively with Business SMEs and Operations SMEs
