ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the financial reporting processes for the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and Earnings Release.

• Assist in compiling financial schedules and prepare variance analyses for internal Summary Management Book, which requires coordination with various departments throughout the Company both domestically and internationally

• Preparation of tie-out and documentation as it relates to data and disclosures made in internal and external financial reports.

• Assist external auditors with support for quarterly review and annual audits

• Assist with the monthly and quarterly close processes, including preparation of journal entries and adjustments related to the Company's lease portfolio

• Complete special requests and adhoc projects as requested by management

• Help maintain internal control procedures over financial reporting.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and complete assignments accurately and timely.

• Critical thinker, ability to think outside of the box to solve complex and ambiguous problems

• Ability to research and apply accounting guidance

• Self-starter who is results-oriented.

• Team oriented with the ability to communicate across multiple levels and functions of an organization

• Organized, efficient and analytical.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related subject or coursework.

• 1 to 2 years' experience in accounting or financial reporting

• Understanding of GAAP requirements.
