We are proud of our reputation as a patient-centered hospital, both in Boulder County and around the nation.Our physicians receive a comprehensive compensation & benefits package that includes:• The estimated starting compensation for the position is $400k to $450k with the ability to earn more.• Ability to take up to 12 weeks vacations, with bookend weekends off• $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible)• 401k match and quarterly profit sharing are also available.• Medical malpractice including tail insurance.• NEW No non-compete!Call is 1:3 with guaranteed post-call day off• Cases include bread and butter, gyn, urology, joints, spine, and OB.
